BAKED PARTRIDGE (OR CHICKEN) 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mushrooms
1 c. sliced onions
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Instant wild rice as side dish

Add salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to 1/2 cup flour and mix well. Coat partridge with flour. Brown in oil on all sides. Place in baking dish. Pour mixed liquids over meat; top with sliced onion. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
