LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 Duncan Heinz lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding (instant)
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. oil
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 lemon
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Blend ingredients well, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. While still warm, turn onto plate and poke deep holes all around top. Blend juice of 1 lemon with 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle slowly over top of cake. When completely cool (just before serving), sift confectioners' sugar over top.
