LEMON POPPY SEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (w/o pudding) 1 pkg. lemon or vanilla instant pudding 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 cup poppy seed 1/2 cup oil 1 cup water (warm) 4 eggs Put cake mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, poppy seed, oil and warm water in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Put in greased and sugared Bundt pan and bake at 350°F about 45 minutes or until done. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Serving Size: 8 |
