CREME DE MENTHE BROWNIES | |
1 box brownie mix (family size) MINT LAYER: 4 oz. butter 2 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 tbsp. creme de menthe CHOCOLATE GLAZE: 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate 3 oz. butter Mix and bake favorite brownie recipe (family size). Let cool for mint layer. Cream butter and sugar. Dribble in creme de menthe until smooth. Spread evenly over cooked brownies. Place in refrigerator until firm. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Let cool and spread over cooled mint layer. Put in refrigerator to harden. Use warm knife to cut. Wipe knife after each cut. 9 x 13 inch pan. |
