SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. corn oil 1 c. sweet milk Beat these 5 ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 3 layers. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 12 oz. Cool Whip 3 plain Hershey bars, chopped 1/2 c. nuts Cream together cream cheese and sugars. Fold in Cool Whip, Hershey bars, and nuts. Stir this. Put between cold layers and on sides. Chop 1 Hershey bar, sprinkle on top. Refrigerate. |
