SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. oil

Mix all ingredients as directed for cake mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes three 9-inch layers.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. Hershey bar, chopped

Mix sugars and cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Spread generously between layers.
