SWISS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. oil

Bake as mix instructed on box in greased 10 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean.

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
4 plain chocolate Hersheys bars, chopped up

Cream sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then add other ingredients.
