CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 or 2 c. cooked instant rice
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter. Saute onion and bell pepper. Combine all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 275 degrees.
