CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn 1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, melted 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. cooked rice 3 tbsp. chopped onion 3 tbsp. chopped bell pepper 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole with butter. Mix all ingredients and place in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
