CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
1 stick butter
1 sm. jar pimento
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. bell pepper, diced
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg. cheese, grated

Cook rice according to package directions. When rice is done mix all ingredients together in a baking dish, putting grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese on top bubbles.
