CABBAGE ORIENTAL 
1 head cabbage
5 carrots
1 onion
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 packs Ramen noodles

In a wok or large iron frying pan, add 1/4 cup cooking oil and chicken pieces. Brown them. Add chopped cabbage, onions and carrots. In a small boiler, prepare the Ramen noodles. Drain noodles. Stir them into pan with chicken, adding the flavor packet from the noodle package. Stir fry, adding 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
