1/2 c. butter 5 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 c. chopped coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts 2 c. crushed graham crackers II: 1/4 c. butter 3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding 2 c. powdered sugar III: 1 pkg. chocolate chips 1 tbsp. butter Directions for I is: Place butter in top of double boiler. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and egg. Stir until butter has melted and mixture resembles custard. Combine coconut, nuts and graham crackers. Blend well and add to custard mixture. Pack into a 9 inch square pan and chill. Directions for II is: Cream butter. Add milk and pudding together and add to butter and powdered sugar. Mix. Spread over chocolate base. Refrigerate 15 minutes or more to harden. Directions for III is: Melt chips and butter. Spread over bars and cool. Cut into small squares. Eat and enjoy. No calories!! |
