SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can chicken gumbo soup, undiluted

Saute onion in a little fat or oil until soft and yellow. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Add other ingredients and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes about 10 servings.
