PRAYER BARS 
FIRST LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1-2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt over hot water the butter and cocoa. Add powdered sugar, egg and vanilla; set aside. Mix together nuts, crumbs and coconut. Add to first mixture. Mix well. Press into bottom of 9"x13" pan. Chill.

SECOND LAYER:

1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, cream and vanilla. Add pudding mix and cook one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar; blend well. Spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 (9 3/4 oz.) chocolate bar

Melt bar and spread over top. Chill; very important. Bring mixture to room temperature before cutting bars, they will crumble otherwise. Store bars in refrigerator until ready to serve.
