1 jar Old English Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
1 pkg. English muffins
1 1/2 tsp. mayo
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. crabmeat (canned or fresh)

Mix all ingredients together except English muffins. Spread on split English muffins. Freeze; cut each muffin into 8 pieces. Broil for about 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown.
