6 boiled crabs, picked 6 c. cooked rice 3 med. onions, chopped 3 tbsp. parsley 1 c. water 2 tbsp. garlic powder or 6 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped Salt to taste 2 tbsp. creole seasoning (or more) 1/2 stick butter Put water and butter in large fry pan. When butter melts add onions, garlic, parsley and creole seasoning. Let cook until onions are tender. Stir in rice. When rice is hot add crab meat and mix well, then remove from fire. Eat with fried fish on the side or serve "soft shell crab stew" over it. Serves 6. |
