FESTIVE SWEET POTATOES 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, 1/3 cup butter, vanilla and eggs. Spoon into lightly buttered 8x8x2 baking dish.

Mix the ingredients together for the topping and spread over the potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
