KUGEL 
16 oz. broad noodles
4 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
12 oz. apricot preserves

Cook, rinse and drain noodles. Add beaten eggs, butter, sour cream, vanilla, sugar, cream cheese and apricot preserves. Mix all together. Bake in greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
