NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. head Napa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
5 green onions
2 pkgs. Rama noodles
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 - 1/2 c. butter
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds

Break Rama noodles into very small pieces and brown them in butter and add almonds and seeds also. Tear cabbage into large bite-size pieces; do not use the hard stem part of the leaf. Place in a large plastic bag. Mix with dressing immediately before serving.

DRESSING FOR NAPA CABBAGE SALAD:

1 c. oil
1 tbsp. lite soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Do not cook.
