RAVE REVIEW COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
2 c. coconut
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
2 tsp. milk
3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at medium speed. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased, floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pans. Fill and top with coconut cream cheese frosting. Melt butter in skillet. Add coconut and brown. Then add rest of ingredients. Mix well and spread on cake.
