RAVE REVIEW COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. coconut

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick soft butter

Blend cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water. Beat at medium speed 3- 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased and floured (9x13) pan for about 35 minutes.

Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Frost on a warm cake. I use pecans.
