1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix all ingredients and pour into 3 greased 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and brown. Add 2 cups coconut, stirring until light brown. Cream together:

2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and add 1 2/3 cup coconut mix. Frost tops of cake layers and top with rest of coconut mix.
