SUMMER CAKE 
1 pkg. fudge marble cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 tub creamy vanilla frosting
3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
Fresh strawberries

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, set aside at room temperature. Prepare and bake cake as directed on package for 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool cake for 25 minutes.

Poke deep holes through top of cake with fork. Slowly pour gelatin mixture over cooled cake. Set in refrigerator while preparing frosting.

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and lemon juice until well blended. Stir in vanilla frosting. Spread on cake. Decorate with strawberries. Keep chilled.
