DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed Cottage cheese
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Heat Cottage cheese to lukewarm. Combine sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg in a bowl with cheese and yeast mixture. Add flour to make a stiff dough. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Stir dough down. Turn into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 inch round pan. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes or until light. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Yield: 1 loaf.
