1 (4 1/2 oz.) instant pudding any flavor
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) can fruit cocktail

Empty thawed Cool Whip in large bowl. Sprinkle pudding over it. Empty fruit cocktail over pudding. Mix until pudding is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.
