TEXAS HOT SAUCE 
1/4 lb. salt pork
2 onions
1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. crushed pepper
1 qt. water
2 cans tomato paste (sm.)
1 lg. can sauerkraut

Dice salt pork as small as possible. Brown until dry. Add hamburger and onions; saute. Add water and seasoning and 2 cans of tomato paste. Simmer 1 hour.

Divide in half. Mix 1/2 with large can of sauerkraut and heat until hot. Other half can be frozen and used later. Preheat frozen half thoroughly, before adding sauerkraut.
