CHOCOLATE FANTASY FUDGE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. marshmallow cream
1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar, milk and butter in a large saucepan. Cook, stirring often, until mixture boils. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour into well greased 8 inch square pan.
