BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread with the crusts removed
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sausage
1/2 box Betty Crocker Hash Browns with onions

Cook the sausage (this can be done the day before).

Grease bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish. Push the 8 slices of bread into the bottom of the dish. Put the layer (1/2) box of the potatoes on top of the bread. Then put on the sausage followed by the cheese.

Beat the eggs, add the milk to the eggs and add the mustard and pepper. Pour this on top of the ingredients in the baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in the oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Can be reheated in the microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
