MONKEY BREAD 
4 cans biscuits (10 to a can)
3 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray tube pan with non-stick spray. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Set aside 1 cupful of cinnamon and sugar mixture. Quarter biscuits and roll in cinnamon and sugar, and pile in pan.

Melt butter and pour the cup of cinnamon and sugar mixture that you saved into it and bring to a rolling boil. Pour nuts into mixture and stir. Pour mixture over top of biscuits.

Bake for 35 minutes.
