3 c. raw diced zucchini, skin on
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake in 9 by 13 inch glass dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
