1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, well drained
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill about 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
