FRED'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
11 oz. can V-8 Juice
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix in saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened. Use with oven baked ribs or on grill with chicken or ribs. On the grill use only after the meat is nearly done. In the oven cook ribs or pork chops uncovered for 1 hour turning as needed.
