EASY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2/3 cup butter
2 2/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin (or 2 cups cooked fresh pumpkin; freshly cooked is the best)
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (3 oz.) pkg. french vanilla pudding
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
2/3 cup raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pans (TWO 9x5x3-inch or THREE 8 1/2 x 4 x 2 1/2-inch).

Mix ingredients together and pour evenly into loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 2-3 loaves.
