HUNTER FAMILY PUMPKIN BREAD 
SINGLE RECIPE:

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 cups)
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

DOUBLE RECIPE:

7 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 cups vegetable oil
8 eggs
1 1/3 cups water
2 (16 oz. ea.) cans pumpkin (4 cups)
4 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups chopped nuts
2 cups raisins
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix pumpkin, water, oil and eggs together. Pour into dry mixture; mix well. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool before removing from pans.
