QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie shell
8 slices bacon, drained and crushed (or use cubed ham)
1 c. milk
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 env. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or 1 jalapeno pepper)
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; mix well. Toss cheese with flour and soup mix. Add cheese mixture, bacon, pepper and broccoli to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
