TURKEY QUICHE 
1 c. chopped cooked turkey
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. shrimp soup
4 slightly beaten eggs

Put turkey and mushrooms on bottom of pie crust which has been baked and cooled. Combine the milk and soup in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Gradually add eggs to soup mixture which has been removed from heat. Add this to pie crust. Layer pie with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
