QUICHE 
2 deep dish frozen pie shells
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 doz. eggs (appx.) beaten
1/2 to 1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 med. green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. ham, sausage or crumbled bacon

Bake pie shells at 375 degrees for about 7 minutes or slightly cooked. Then place meat on bottom of pie shell and pour in mixture. Bake. Serve with hash browns.
