9 inch pie crust, deep dish
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained

Prick pie crust with fork. Cook 325 degrees until golden brown. Place spinach on bottom of crust. Combine eggs, onion soup mix, and heavy cream; whisk together. Pour Cheddar cheese over spinach. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese. Place in 350 degree oven uncovered about 1/2 an hour until golden on top.
