SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 lb. yellow squash
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker meal
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Cook squash, drain and mash. Add all ingredients. Bake on 375 degrees for 1 hour.
