1 pkg. Waverly crackers
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar

Melt and heat together the butter and sugar and bring to a boil. Pour over the single layer of Waverly crackers spread on cookie sheet and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Let cool. Makes 4 dozen.
