GRANDPA'S FAVORITE RHUBARB
CUSTARD PIE
 
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch lengths
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour

Place the cut rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. In separate dish combine flour and sugar and add the egg. Mix well. Pour over the rhubarb, make sure all rhubarb is coated. Place top crust on pie. Seal edges in a decorative manner. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
