RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
2 or more c. rhubarb, cut fine 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 squares crackers, rolled (8) 2 tbsp. butter Stir all together and let stand while preparing crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees until done. (Cracker crumbs make the top crust.) |
