RHUBARB SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. cut rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin powder
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Pat first 6 ingredients in 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Place rhubarb over mixture and sprinkle gelatin on top. Mix last 3 ingredients as for pie crust and sprinkle over gelatin. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Good warm with ice cream and cut into bars.
