1 med. head cauliflower, broken in florets
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. diced celery

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix and pour over vegetables. Chill.
