DELUXE COLESLAW 
1 med. head green cabbage
1 sm. green pepper
2/3 c. celery
2/3 c. carrots
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Thinly slice cabbage to make 8 cups, packed. Thinly slice remaining vegetables. In large bowl toss together. Mix remaining ingredients with wire whisk. Add to vegetables. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving to blend flavors.
