PIEROGI CASSEROLE 
10-12 Potatoes, Boiled, Mashed with Milk & Butter
3/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese Grated
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 Onions, Diced
1/2 lb. Lasagna Noodles, Cooked & Drained
Salt to Taste

Add grated cheese to mashed potatoes and beat with mixer. Sauté onions in butter until soft. Add 1/3 onion butter mixture to potatoes and salt to taste. Generously butter a 13x9 inch pan. Place a layer of noodles in pan then a layer of potatoes mixture. Repeat ending with noodles. Pour remaining onion and butter mixture over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F until heated through, about 45 minutes.
