PIEROGI CASSEROLE 
9 lasagna noodles
instant mashed potatoes
1 large onion
1 stick butter
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook lasagna noodles. Make 10-12 serving of instant mashed potatoes. Dice onion and sauté in butter. In casserole dish, layer onions with butter, then 3 lasagna noodles, then half the mashed potatoes, then half the Cheddar. Repeat layering, ending with noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
