LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms 1 qt. Ragu sauce with mushrooms 1 lb. cottage cheese 2 eggs, beaten 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 sm. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked as directed 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Pour off drippings. Add Ragu sauce and mushrooms, mixing well. Let simmer. Combine cottage cheese, eggs and Mozzarella cheese in bowl, mixing until smooth. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese mixture alternately in 9x13 inch baking dish until all ingredients are used. Top with Parmesan cheese, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer. |
