AUNT THELMA'S ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/4 lb. butter
60 Ritz crackers (about 2 pkgs.)

Crumble to make crust. Pat in 9x13 pan.

FILLING:

2 pkgs. instant pudding (pistachio and banana work well)
1/2 gal. softened vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. milk

Blend together and pour into crust. Refrigerate.
