SWISS STEAK 
1 (2-3 lb.) round steak
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. water

Brown steak on both sides in a skillet with hot oil. Place steak in a 3 to 4 quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together then pour over steak. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If gravy is too thick add 1/2 cup hot water and reheat a few minutes.
